A lovely warm welcome great facilities pool etc .Food great tasty and varied, Rooms we stayed in the superior room, were comfortable Patrick who served us dinner was a credit to the Hotel very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable as was the lady beside the front desk on what to see in Sligo

I have rated in the bar as being 5 star because, while we had a delay in getting our meal on Monday evening, the bar staff were excellent about keeping us informed and apologising. The problem was in the kitchen, as far as I could ascertain. We were staying all night so we weren't in a hurry. Then they treated us very well when we came to pay the bill and we didn't have to ask for any gesture. The meal was excellent. We were on a two night package and can safely say that it was one of best experiences in a hotel in Ireland. It was our first visit and we would certainly stay with you again and recommend it to our friends. I didn't get the name of the bar staff who took care of us but Shauna in the restaurant on the Sunday night was an excellent waitress. She was pleasant, smiling and she knew her job, so full marks to her but to the hotel management because the training there is super. Thank you once again for a very enjoyable two night stay.
