Very nice indeed

I stayed in this hotel for one night, a Saturday. When I arrived in the afternoon, I was checked in without any delay and my room was ready. This was especially impressive because there was a big football match in Sligo that weekend and the hotel was very busy as a result. The double room I booked was spotless. It had one double bed and one single bed. The view from my window was spectacular, I had a completely unobstructed view of Benbulben. We arrived in a party of nine for a family event, and the hotel assigned us our own waiter for the night. I want to give special thanks to Michael for his professional and friendly service. Our dinner was lovely, I had the lamb which normally comes with fondant potatoes but I asked for it with chips instead and this wasn't a problem. After dinner we moved into the hotel bar, where the weekends football and hurling matches were being shown. I dealt with four different members of the bar staff including Michael and they were all friendly and helpful. The hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne as we were celebrating a 21st birthday. When I checked out of the hotel, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. I emailed the hotel asking if they could post it to me in Dublin and it arrived in less than two days. I will definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it very highly.
