We had a wonderful stay! Very relaxing in hotel despite our busy schedule for the choral festival. Our room was beautiful but you do have a damp problem in window area which I'm sure you are aware of...this did not detract from the room! The food at breakfast and dinner was beautiful and plentiful. Staff throughout are very friendly and give a lovely warm service...or smile and greeting if only passing you. The whole hotel was very well kept with lots of lovely quiet sitting areas to be found. I hope our choir return to Sligo next year so I get to experience the hotel again! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a very enjoyable time - I was singing in the Choral Festival - there was some lack of organisation in relation to the music in the reception area and bar on the Sat. night - would it be better for next week to liaise in advance with the Festival people staying in the Hotel e.g. having a piano gives the whole thing a focus - there WAS one last year - I came expecting one this year but - no piano - also someone to act as MC with a microphone - someone who knows the people and calls them up to sing etc - it would be much better to have it organised ! - just a thought and no direct reflection on yourselves.

Our one night stay in the hotel was mostly very comfortable. We availed of bar food service on the Friday evening, and Saturday morning and were very happy with the service and quality of food received. Our bedroom, however, was to the rear of house (looking over garden outside dining room) and there was a constant noise from a generator or fan during the night. This meant it was not possible to leave a bedroom window open during the night, as we would have wished during a warm August night. I have previously stayed in a front room (facing Ben Bulben) and this noise was not a problem.
